Honduras. Sourced directly from the Hacia el Futuro cooperative in Zapote, Honduras. We've visited the farm, met the farmers, and pay above premium prices, because we know exactly what this coffee is worth. Sweet and fruit-forward with soft berry, mild nuttiness, and a bright finish.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. From the birthplace of Arabica, where smallholder farmers tend shade-grown plots that function more like coffee gardens than farms. Delicate and aromatic with bright floral notes, lively citrus, and a natural honey sweetness that lingers.

Espresso Blend. A blend of four single origins, each chosen for the role it plays in the cup. Rich chocolate, smooth caramel, and a subtle brightness that works as espresso, drip, or anything in between.
